The best one in the list to me is the PS Eye XMB Support I know I would end up buying a PS Eye for that even if it is a Novelity I would then buy some PS Eye games from the Store. The Screen Capture thing would also be very cool. I have always wished I could save some of my replays of Racing games and some tight situations I have been in other games. Some are speculating that Home may come with it and that very well may be. It may end up becoming available to certain people they want to invite into the beta. I mean it is going to be Summer when the Firmware is released so it is very well possible. Well will just have to see when the time comes.
