Can’t believe this! Instead of putting all hands on the 2.4 FW update, they release this crap? The only thing that sounds good about this is improved playback, but c’mon, this could’ve wait! I bet even PSP owners want to see 2.4!! It’s insane!! C’mon Sony, give us 2.4 already, or at least some intel on it!! Really, it’ll be really appreciated!!
I’ve just finished reading some comments on the PS Blog and people say that normally when PSP FW updates are released so do PS3 FW updates also. Is this true? If so, hmm…….I won’t even say it.
Yeah, well lets see. At least we know it’s coming.
Anyways, have any of you guys been experiencing problems with PS network? Out of nowhere I’m getting disconnected from it, of course, I’m not playing online while it’s happened, but still. Also, another question, do any of you know if in 2.4 there’s gonna be added PS3 games stability?

Hopefully they fixed the icon too - look closely, and someone didn’t crop it correctly.. It’s weird.

this update is just a fix. So it most likely wont coincide with 2.40…
Even though you are right, a lot of times PSP and PS3 FW updates are released same say.

PS3 games stability was part of 2.36. I’ve noticed that these big updates do not include that, but 2.40 could be an exception.

Yeah, you’re right. I didn’t notice there wasn’t a 3 after PlayStation. Maybe 2.40 will include it then.
