Details on Final Fantasy XIII exclusivity
According to Kotaku, Final Fantasy XIII will be an exclusive for the PS3 in Japan, and there will only be an Xbox 360 version in “English-speaking territories”. Apparently also, Japan will get the release long before any other region so you may want to choose to import yours if there is no region-lock. Once it is released in Japan, they will then start developing the 360 version.

Thats kinda odd, M$ needed this title more in Japan to push the sales.

Virtually every single Final Fantasy console game has sold more in Japan than in NA and EU,so I see this as a win situation for Sony.

I’m kind of disappointed it won’t remain complete exclusive to ps3, kind of feel that it being multiplatform will cripple game design in one way or another, perhaps adding to the further delay, oh well, looks like someone has deep pockets

I don’t care if this game was in Mandarin, I’d be importing it. I am not gonna wait to play any Final Fantasy game so that it can be released on another system at the same time, that’s the most ridiculous thing about this mess is that while the PS3 version might be done were not gonna release it until it’s finished on the X360. I was going to buy Final Fantasy XIII but now I won’t. It’s time to show Square Enix with whom their allegiance lies. They’ve sold themselves to the highest bidder like a common whore it’s time for their sales numbers to suck like one too.to the PS3 fans lets have our revenge WE WILL NOT BUY THIS GAME lets give this game to the XBOXers because in XBOX people could pirate the disc (Pirated Disc) in that way Square Enix will never have a big INCOME
