Update On Recent PSLS Articles: FFVII and New Exclusive

Hi guys, Sev1512 here.
I care very much about our readers, and our reputation.
Because of my devotion for bringing you guys the best “insider” info on the net, I have to address a couple things that have recently made news on PlayStation LifeStyle.
First the FFVII info,
This information was posted by whoelse, not me (sev1512), I wasn’t aware that this FFVII article was going to be posted on our site. I am not 100% confident that this information is true. I have received conflicting information that there will NOT be a FFVII remake coming out but rather there is a possibility of another FFVII spin off, or possibly a sequel, but again I stress, its NOT a remake.
I will be researching the information further. However I certainly hope that the info turns out to be true.
I am posting this because I want to make sure that everything that makes its way on the pages of PlayStation LifeStyle, although a rumor, is 100% accurate. We have not been wrong yet, and I will not tolerate false information on PSLS.
Expect an update on this information within the next 24 hours. We are working around the clock to verify this information.
Secondly, the announcement coming on August 3rd.
This information is 100% correct, and PlayStation LifeStyle is proud to announce this new exclusive game for the first time.
Even better… We will have the first images of the game to be seen by the public.

If the new exclusive is leaked before PSLS, will you hold fast to Aug 3, or will you break the news earlier?
Also, I hope it’s really an exclusive that is new that we don’t know anything about - even the name - meaning that it’s not Heavy Rain or something.. Though I wanna see that too, we already know about it.

A.D. It’s something that no one has ever heard of. I think it’s the story people have been waiting to talk about. Sony has multiple games behind closed doors that people aren’t even supposed to know about just yet.

So there could be a FFVII spin off or even sequel, but there will be NO remake coming.

sev i’m not doubting your credibility im just curious to know if this is an amazing game why sony didnt unveiled it on E3 or even better why they dont wait for leipzig? whats so special about august 3rd? by the way you guys are doing a fantastic job, keep it up

Still happy for a PSN release of the PSone classic, my PSP will constantly be playing that one. God I hope the spin off title is better than Dirge and unbelievably better than the great crisis core.

sev1512…. i like many others out there are hoping for a remake ever since that FF7 tech demo came out at E3 05 ………But people dont understand that this new game is not Zone of the enders 3 and other Non-Square games . ( meaning that the NEw game coming out is made by SquareEnix no one eles ) …….they made the Tech demo so why cant they remade FF7 ? SquareEnix knows that spin offs and others dont make money look at FF10-2 , FF DOC and others , Remakes is what SquareEnix makes monet off look at the Nintendo DS FF remakes .

Thanks for showing some integrity and clarifying information. A lot of other sites out there don’t do that. They just let the info slip away and people forget about it. Unfortunately, as you can tell by the last few comments, people don’t necessarily understand what you are doing by posting something like this.
