I swear it does. It even promised to be available for download on the PS Store exclusively in the near future. This download will include all of the previously released patches for the game. It won’t cost you your life savings either. $29.99 sounds like a deal to me. Criterion is promising that they will change the way you think and feel about DLC. I believe them.
In addition to all of this great information, there is some good info on the bikes that will be added to the game. Head on over to the PS Blog to check it out.
The Playstation Store is really getting some great content that will further set it apart from what is offered by competing services. I previously hadn’t purchased Burnout Paradise. I am one of the many that will be buying it from the PS Store.

I love B:P! Its probably one of my favorite games, to date. I think Criterion chooses Sony over Microsoft on a lot of things. I’m pretty happy about this!

I rented it… four times. I should have just bought it, but maybe I will now.

I bought Stranglehold Collector’s Edition for cheap a while ago. Then I traded it to someone for Burnout Paradise because he was giong to sell his game back so I decided to give him a game worth more than the trade in value would be. I kinda wish I could have had a Downloadable version but then again my 60 Gig is pretty filled up.

BP is a great game, I recommend anyone who likes over the top racing/wrecking to pick it up if you haven’t already.

A quick comment about the Trophies, they will NOT be in the next patch but in the following one.

BP. It was worth much more than the $60 I paid for it. No reason for racing fans to not give this game a try. Criterion are great for their DLC

I saw it at Wal-Mart for $29.99. I almost picked it up, but didn’t. Looks like it’s the same price on the website. It isn’t a greatest hit is it?

Not a GH, but it’s selling for that price everywhere I’ve looked. That, along with the free updates promised, and I’m stumped as to why those updates are… well, free lol.

And people say it would suck to have PS2 games downloadable because of their size… and we’ve got 3 PS3 games out for download (The ones on blu -ray, not counting the tons of PSN games there is)

@claass:
I’ve done that [palm to forehead]. I like the way a full version download sounds. I’ll probably buy it when I can get it as a download. Also, the way they say they’ll change our views on DLC sounds promising.
