SOCOM: Confrontation Beta Codes Contest

Received after pre-ordering the Retail Version with the Headset
When I was reading my email on retrieving my beta code, I noticed that you can share the beta code with up to 2 other friends. I really had no one in mind on who to give the codes to, so what better way to share it than to establish a trivia? Rules are simple; answer the questions below correctly and the first 2 people who e-mail me the answers correctly will receive the codes.

1) Who is the person in my avatar in the forums and where is she from?
2) Who is in my signature in the forums and where is he from?
3) The quote in my signature in the forums comes from a book; which book is it from?
4) In my past reviews on the main blog, I’ve always had an avatar accompany them. There are two different avatars I’ve used, including the one I have right now located by my name under Authors; name me the characters on there and where they are from.
And for the last question, it has been mentioned a few times here and there on these forums, so remember or research!
5) What is my favorite game of all time?
