Eric Lempel was kind enough to inform everyone about the current status of PSN card availability. Starting next month, you will be able to find the cards in a several new major retailers. Here is the list based on the beginning of availibility:

October

  • Walmart
  • Best Buy
  • Sam’s Club (Some of them)

November

  • Barnes and Noble College Bookstores (hopefully all Barnes and Noble)

    I found them in a central Florida Blockbuster. I’ll check Wal-mart and Best Buy this weekend

    They should sell them in corner stores in Paterson next to the Skittles and $2 phone cards. xD

    I found my PSN card at Blockbuster… Initially, the employee I asked didn’t even know they had the cards, but his co-worker stepped up and showed me where they were.

    Oh, yeah… and there’s no $5 activation fee like you get with the pre-paid credit cards, so a $20 PSN card only costs $21.20 with tax.

    Does anyone know where I can buy this cards on a plattform like ebay for a reasonable price ?

    uh, good luck with that. you will pay out the a$$ for that stuff on ebay. why cant you go to blockbuster? they are everywhere.

    There everywhere but not in europe-.-
    Yeah seen them on ebay for 8-9$ more than the normal price…

    wow, I thought Europe & Asia had them already. My bad.

    In your case, I’d go with pre-paid credit cards (if you can get them there).

    I want to have them, i don’t have a credit card, and my dad, for some reason, doesn’t like using his on the Internet.
