Hudson Entertainment will be bringing ‘Bomberman Ultra’ to the PlayStation Store in early 2009. The game comes sporting both online (8-player) and offline (4-player) multiplayer modes. Character customization allows for over 150,000 different character displays. This game sounds good already. Do not forget about the 14 maps, HD graphics, and additional gaming modes. No news on trophies as of yet.

Thanks Hudson

  1. Isn’t it just a port of ‘Bomberman Live’?

I loooove this game in the 360… it was a really silly game until I played it. This game and UNO are two games that I miss in the PS3 since my 360 get the RROD for 6 time in two years. So finally I will see this in my favorite console, it’s one of my favorite party games of any console; hope to see UNO too but I doubt it.

I love games like these! All they need is Mario and other fun classics.

I was never really a big fan of Bomberman… then again, I was never in to Mega Man, but I really like the new MM, so maybe this new Bomberman will have the same effect.

I’m really looking forward to this game! I had it for my 64 and it made for a great multiplayer party game. Can’t wait for it’s release.
