Qore Goes Home in November

You can finally go Home.

You can finally go Home.

The November episode of Qore is going to be Home heavy, which is fine by me. I love Home, even though I did not get into the expanded closed beta. What’s that? You didn’t get in either? Then you clearly feel my pain. Sony has heard our cries and decided to stop our friends from teasing us any further. The November issue of Qore will allow annual subscribers and issue 6 (November) purchasers get into the beta. Hooray.

So much for all of that talk of a delay do to the decrypting of an older build. ;)

  4. jim Says:

  5. Phoenix8387 Says:

    Good to hear, Home is a nice experience. Hope to see you all in there next month! :)

  6. Chris Rah Osiris Says:

    Hopefully it’ll be the first week in November. The episodes normally come out in the first week.

    @Jim,

    This is truly one that would warrant a purchase

    The real question is if Sony is actually going to get this right this time. I am an annual QORE member and I never got my SOCOM or R2 beta invites. I am suprised this isnt a more expressed issue in the PS3 community. There are SO many others that are getting shafted with QORE/Sony’s beta invitations. Well heres to hoping that they get it right and they FINALLY don’t screw me on this one. Exciting times ahead.

    @LustMonk3y

    Did you contact customer service regarding this issue? I know that some people had reported not getting their invites, but once they contacted CS they had their beta codes sent to them. I hope this helps.

  9. Jordon Says:

    Yeah, europe i’m sorry you have it so bad. what about us canadians. we get f’n nothing.

    where’s the video store?
    psn cards?

  10. Chris Rah Osiris Says:

    @Jordon

    The video store is a legal issue and has to do with the distribution rights of films.

    I have no clue what is going on with the psn cards though.

  11. The Pendragon Says:

    I hate Qore with a passion, but i may just have to bite the bullet and actually pay for that retarded waste of time just to get into the beta.

  12. Naz Says:

    One of the reason you might of not gotten the Socom beta code is if your birthdate on your PSN indicates your under 18 then your not qualified.

  13. gunnerheadboy Says:

    @Jordan

    At least we get Qore. But I do want the video store and the PSN cards :( .

  14. bond2e2 Says:

  15. Chris Rah Osiris Says:

  18. wolfehound22 Says:

    Good news. Although I have been in the beta for a little bit now It will be nice to have more people.

  19. LustM0nk3y Says:

    @ Chris – I have contacted CS and I still haven’t gotten an answer from them. It kind of pissed me off for obvious reasons. I’m just suprised that there are so many people affected and noone seems to really care.

    @Naz – I’m 28

    I’m trying to not get so consumed with HOME. Sony still doesnt know if its going to stick. It might be the way that gaming is heading being that M$ is going to offer the same idea with their Avatars and Nintendo has their Mii’s. I just hope that what Sony said they are going to offer is actually going to happen. I’m all about gaming. This “Second Life” stuff hasn’t won me over…yet.

  20. SpeedRacer55 Says:

    @ LustM0nk3y:
    Well at least I know that Home does not require more hardware to work, according to some fan sites the new price reduced xbot models will be left out in the cold until they upgrade with more hardware. LMAO Just like M$ to require you to pay more money for something that is supposed to upgrade for “free” and it is mandatory.

    Oh and I will wait for the freee version of Home since I have time to wait… it will be less than two months until every body is Home….

  21. MrPhillinois Says:

    Kiss my @$$ masteratt. You guys don’t get the Home beta, boo hoo hoo. We in America will probably NEVER get PlayTV. Something I was excited about when it was first unveiled. So I’d gladly trade you the Home beta for PlayTV.
