My good friend Ftwrthtx from the Official PlayStation Forums just informed me that LEGO Batman for PS3 is playable via PSP remote play. Don’t have the Blu-ray/retail version of the game? That’s okay because the PS3 LEGO Batman demo has been available on the PSN for a few weeks – and it supports remote play, too!
Hopefully we will see more developers embrace remote play as they get better at programming the PS3 architecture and free up more memory. I’m going to go try this when I get home!

You’d think they’d market this somewhere or keep a list somewhere on PlayStation.com.
Maybe they’re waiting until they iron out the remote play via internet difficulties some have had. Anyway, I used to keep the list of remote playable games over at the PS forums, but Ftwrthtx has done a great job and could use your support/testing!

So does this mean that Lego Batman doesn’t use the Right Analog?

Um… I don’t know, I’ll have to retry the demo. There is a PS3 and PSP demo. I think remote playin the PS3 demo essentially emulates the PSP game. But the cool thing to do would be to only buy a FULL RETAIL copy of the PS3 game on Blu-ray disc, and be able to play it from anywhere there is wireless on your PSP. Savvy?

Lego Batman does not need the right analog stick….I am pretty sure none of the 3 lego games do. I was pleasantly surprised when I first played it….was bored and decided to try all games. it is very smooth and the controls aren’t clunky…nice to hear the demo works as well
