Fallout 3 is the only 'big' title that I can think of that didn't launch with Trophies. R2, Mirror's Edge, MotorStorm:PR, CoD:WaW and LBP all launched with Trophies. I think Sony leaves that up to the devs for a reason, music has a pretty major affect on your gaming experience.
