The single most controversial image to ever hit gaming is…
Just like everyone else, we can only speculate at this time as to what the hell is actually going on here…
360 MGS? Wii MGS? DSi? iPhone? It’s anyone’s guess.
The only two things we are sure of, is that the whatever the game is, its MGST, and that Kojima Productions and Konami, have set the gaming community a blaze with just an image.
As for what the T is in MGST… Well that’s just more speculation.

I think that it is Metal Gear Solid Acid for the iPhone/iPod Touch. The ‘i’ is for iPhone or iPod Touch, and the exclamation mark was used on Metal Gear Acid’s box art, because it was spelled like this…

I think its an iTouch/iPhone title. Konami and Apple were pretty chummy in MGS4.
The ‘360 symbol’ is really a universal power symbol. the ‘i’ represent the iTouch/iPhone… and we all know the famous ! from being spotted.
MGST == Metal Gear Solid Touch

well there is alot of ways this could go for starters lets look at the color its lime green like a power button (it does not represent the 360 at all cause the ciricle is full and is not seperated into fourths). now lets look at the equation you have an upside down exclimation point so that could signify something that starts with an i like ipod or itouch or iphone as daniel indicated but it could also stand for something In the game or something else completely. add that to the exclimation point which is the same thing used over gaurds when they are alerted in the game it also means importance of something or attention. now the solution of the equation. the power button. that could mean alot of things it could be the power button on the sony vaio or just power itself. something to indicate that this game needs, has, or has to do with Power.
MGST
that acronym could mean mgstouch or mgs truth or mgs trilogy but does it has to be metal gear SOLID?? it could be MG ST or something like that the T might not be the only thing in question there it could mean something about or for the game or something to do with the system it is on but one thing is for sure it is not something konami wants figured out right away.

if you search “i+!” on Google, you get the Apple/iTunes website. Haha total coincidence. Personally, I think everyone should wait and not get too worked up, but Konami clearly wants people to get excited.

definately not for XBox360, they just used the on sign to simply imply, “On”.
DSi or iPhone. maybe more iPhone as I wouldn’t think DSi is going to have exclusive games that cant be played on DS. It’s most likely a tactic or trilogy graphic novel on iPhone.

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head with that one and the probability of it happening is pretty high as well so yeah I think it’s MGS: Ac!d for iPhone/ iTouch whatever.. (don’t really follow Apple products :p)

this is just bullshit. kojima has always made these games with us… when you want to turn on your ps3 , what is the simbol of that button (the one on your PS3)? And when your PS3 is turned on, what’s the color of that simbol? ! is from being spotted and i means “I” would never let you down, PS3 Fans. As for T:Trilogy: maybe its a remake from the 3 prvious ones(its belivable) Tactics: unlikely, MGA didnt sell that much Truth: Unlikely, we already know the answer to all questions Teriaky: I NEED A JAPANESE DICTIONARY but maybe TEN: we had 1:metal gear 2:metal gear 2 3: MGS 4: MGS2 5: MGS3 6:MGPO 7: MGA 8:MGA2 9: MGS4 10: MGST. Anyone agrees with me?

Yeah, Dec.12 is coming, and I bet there will be something. I bet everyone is hoping for MGR (Metal Gear Raiden). Kojima did try to talk to Itagaki (Ninja Gaiden) on developing a game, but he refused (or so I’ve heard)

Im not sure if I dreamed or not but a while ago i checked wikipidea and i saw: Konami is producing a X360 version (not developed by kojima productions) of MGS4 and it’s suposed do hit the stores Q4 2009. Then i went there again and there was NOTHING there and i couldnt belive it. Did anyone saw that

The ‘T’ could just stand for teaser. Seeing as the image is a teaser, it seems pretty likely.
