This week is a huge week for the PlayStation 3.
PlayStation Home is HERE, as in today! The long wait is over…
Most of you will be checking out Home, but don’t miss out on Lumines Supernova which is this week’s highlight. The weekly LittleBigPlanet DLC looks great this week, and there is plenty of DLC for other games to keep you all busy.
Also don’t forget to download the echochrome patch, and if you haven’t picked up this game yet, I highly recommend you pick it up this week.

I never had heard of Astrotripper. Great post, Sev. Will we see the Reindeer Ed character for PAIN?
I could see Crash Commando coming next week, but I hope we get it this week. I want a demo, too, since so many games have trophies now.
Astro Tripper may only be out in the EU update today, but there is a still a good chance it will be released in the US Store.
Speaking of which did the EU store update yet? I cannot log into my UK PSN account for some reason.
Also a possibility we will get the Namco Museum Beta. It’s already in the JP and HK Store.
Astro Tripper is pretty awesome. I bought it like 6 years ago when it was called Space Tripper, and I like it a lot. It’s a bi-directional side-scrolling shooter, and I liked it a lot.
PomPom said it’ll be out in Europe today, however, I doubt it’s coming for North America today. I hope so, but I doubt it.

Yeah Sev I haven’t seen the EU PSN update yet (maybe result of trouble with Home servers). Namco Museum no longer in beta available for Japan. So it’s separate from Home, but unlocks in-home extras? If so, that’s AWESOME.
Did I mention that I liked it a lot? lol
I hope there’s a demo of it on the EU PSN today, so I can download that at least.
Yes, I downloaded that when I got my invitation code for Home on my Japanese account. I played each of the four games once or twice, and unlocked a bunch of clothes as well as some furniture for my home space!
Oh, almost forgot, it launches and adds items to my US account.

The UK store did update, it contained the new football manager psp game as a full game download, but it also said it was free. so that was downloaded pronto and is playing fine and has now been removed from the store.
