Have yourself a merry little sackboy

Looks like the Christmas-themed costumes for DLC will continue into next week, as the Japanese LittleBigPlanet site has AGAIN broken the release date on DLC info and given us a sneak peek.  We don’t mind finding out about DLC early, we say – keep it up, SCEJ!

The Christmas tree costume appears to be free and looks like it will land on the same day as the rest of the Santa outfit – December 18.  The gift-wrapped sackboy appears to have a price, so we’re unsure if the gift-wrapping is the outfit or if a costume is hiding under the wrapping paper (Solid Snake sackboy, please!).

Thanks to a great site we just found called Little Big Land for posting the info!   We always check the JPN LBP site, but they beat us to the punch this time!

Can anyone read JAPANESE? Please help us decipher this!
If it was plain-text, I would use Google Translate or Babelfish – but alas, I don’t know how to translate text in images.

Thanks for not photoshopping the DLC image (like another fansite), as we won’t know what the rest of the tree head guy will look like.

Sackboy told you guys what’s under the gift wrap (if anything)? You tease…

Nah, the LittleBigPlanetoid picture is photoshopped. I didn’t link to that story. Granted thier picture is probably what it will look like – but I was giving LittleBigLand credit for using the original in Japanese.
