You have heard the news several times over. God of War 3 and Uncharted 2 have been confirmed to be there. There are also some secret titles that will make their debut there. The pre-show begins at 8pm EST and the anticipation will only grow from there. David Jaffe has already confirmed that the GOW3 stuff that will be shown is not what he saw. (Why am I not surprised). This is fine though. I cannot think of anyone that does not want to get a peak of GOW3.  The thought of Uncharted 2 being overshadowed is troublesome. With that in mind, I doubt that is likely to happen. Uncharted 2 will likely make a nice splash. Did you see the magazine love that the title has received so far? This speaks well of the title.

Now…I will be watching tonight. Will you? Better yet, what titles are those that have yet to be revealed tonight? I have high hopes for tonight.

  1. I will be. REALLY looking forward to some GoW love and seeing that Uncharted 2 trailer. I expect we’ll also see some KZ2 and Infamous… if we do it’ll be the (in the famous words of Comic Book Guy)… Best VGA ever.

My DVR is set and ready to go!!!

I hope they do show inFamous. No one seems to talk about or be hyped about that game. It’s actually the exclusive that I am most excited about in 09.

I want to see more of Infamous as well. Some Heavy Rain love wouldn’t hurt either. That title is going to be epic.

Please announce the WKC release date. I would dance on the ceiling for that.

Can’t wait for the Uncharted 2 trailer. Anybody knows how long VGA usually is and do I have to register to watch it? It starts around 2AM where I live so it’s a little late, but I want to watch it.

  6. I think it usually runs for a good 3-4 hours. The VGA’s are on Spike TV (a TV channel) here in the US, so there’s no need to sign-up, not sure if/how other countries go about it.
Edit: I just checked Spikes Schedule and it looks like it’ll be two hours long… with 2 replays after the live airing.

Ah, thought it was online. Then this is me, hoping the trailers are spread tomorrow:p

For those that don’t have Spike TV:

You can choose between 4 different cameras to watch.
