Rumor: Dead Rising 2 in Las Vegas

The interwebs is ablaze with speculation about this new video. Titled “Dead Rising 2?” and posted by YouTube user BlurpBoy. It appears the new location is Las Vegas, NV. The tags clearly say Dead Rising, Leak Trailer, but so far no one has claimed this to be the genuine article. Either this is a very clever ruse or Capcom is participating in very cost effective advertising.
Update: According to VG247, this trailer is the real deal.

Ooooh… zombies! My favorite genre (survival, Horror). I’ll be keeping my eyes open for this one.
