I think GoW3 is going to be released in March of 2010. The last two GoW games were released in March and that is still part of "2009" for Sony considering it's still within the 2009 fiscal year. I hope they fix all the parts i wasnt too keen on like things that look like you can jump on but can't limited weapons and unstoppable enemies you have to unload on with their jerky movements.
