Justice? Or another bandwagon jumper?

Wall Wireless LLC has decided to sue Nokia, Nintendo and Sony for patent infringement. The company is claiming that its patent, “Method and Apparatus for Creating and Distributing Real-Time Interactive Media Content Through Wireless Communication Networks and the Internet,” was violated by the Sony PSP, Nintendo DS, and several Nokia phones. Wipeout Pulse is one of the specific titles named as violating the patent. Wall Wireless LLC demands the usual compensation in this situation. That would be a permanent injunction, royalties, or a nice settlement. We shall see how Sony chooses to deal with this latest legal issue.

The U.S. patent was issued in 2003 and they are just now trying to sue? Just jerks trying to keep their head above water in the dying economy.

  2. MakaiOokami says:

Wow that is the most vague freaking lawsuit I’ve ever heard of… I hope this gets thrown out of court.

  3. Chris says:

It’s a wrong move. Wall Wireless LLC against the 3 big and famous companies in the world? This motion will probably be denied. If they totally hate the idea they should have sued them way back then.
