New inFamous Trailer Debuts; Slow-Mo Fans Nod Approvingly

Sucker Punch Productions’ inFamous, a PlayStation 3-exclusive title that is coming ever closer to its June 2009 release date, is shaping up to be quite the looker. Take a peek at this just-released trailer, containing footage which was all shot in-game. This seems to be a trend for PlayStation 3 games lately, and the effect is nice.

THAT is a trailer done right.. WOW
Does the game really have slo-mo moments like that? I always love when a game slo-mo’s, just seems to add a lot tot he experience. A good example are the bloody mess head shots in Fallout 3, never gets old.
@thehater- I’m guessing Tool, at least someone who grew up listening to Tool, then formed a band.

Reminds me of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
I will admit, I haven’t followed this game very much. But after seeing this trailer, I realize that I have made a great mistake.

@ gator, i dont think so, i think this looks better. May be that this is a PS3 exclusive and i would rather support it than prototype. After watching trailers though, i think Infamous looks graphically better and really looks to be more fun to me.
I dunno if its just me but this game looks like it’s gonna be a flop… I dunno, I just haven’t been impressed by anything I’ve seen so far. I’ll give it a rent and judge from there.
