Capcom will finally unleash the horror that is Resident Evil 5, today on PlayStation 3.

The East Coast of America will have it by the time this article is published while the West Coast of the US, UK and Western Europe won’t get it for another couple of hours yet.

I’m getting my copy today, hope you are as well.

Check out Anthony’s review of the game here. It looks like it’s a keeper if the review is anything to go by right now.

  1. I’m definitely getting mine today. I was listening to Gametrailers Podcast Invisible Walls and even though they were kinda … meh… about some of the design choices they liked the game a lot overall and had a lot of great things to say about it.

Marketing was on the “meh” side but… I got addicted to the demo.

    I’ll sum up a review…

If you loved RE 4 this game is a must buy.

If you didn’t play RE 4 then DO IT NOW!

If you hated RE 4 then… go online and try the demo and give the controls a try.

Other than that what needs to be said except Co-Op for the win. :P

  2. its too early. im still obsessing over kz2

  3. Pesico says:

Gonna pick it up in a couple hours.

  4. co-op is nice when the controls allow it to be.

wont be picking this up unless i see it somewhere for 20-25 bucks.

  5. Man, 6 more hours of work and then RE5 goodness.

  6. Sneeches says:

Been playing this game for 2 weeks now on the xbox, but my copy is shipping from amazon for 43$ today so I’ll have my ps3 copy next week.

This game rocks and I love it :)

  7. SolidCake_ says:

I’ll try the demo again today and see if the buy urge kicks in

  8. DGR8Mc187 says:

The urge to buy will kick in when it goes on sale on Amazon in about a month or so .

  9. The game look good but the game play sucks. Chris have been using lots of steroids in the past year, welcome to the baseball player club.
