But I just went the manual route and added some other information like favorite game etc., since I already had created an account on their forum site so it was easy to use my US account information and it created the card.  The only problem is that the differences in the Pal and NTSC video resolutions it cuts off the last portion of the graphic that hangs outside the cards edge on the right side but if you resize it to width=520 height=125 then you can get the whole card into your US PSN account.
