Rumor: Ratchet and Clank Future Sequel Announcement Soon?
According to a unnamed source at Insomniac Games, the next installation of the Ratchet and Clank Future series is close to being announced. No other information was given, except than the initials of the sub-title… Ratchet & Clank Future: ACIT…
There wasn’t any clarification if this was another PSN title, or a full PS3 retail release. We also have no clue as to what ACIT stands for.
Since there is no confirmation, chalk this up to a rumor for now, but seeing as though it’s GDC we are hoping to see the announcement this week.

The recent Ratchet and Clank Future Weapon Design Contest “CQMBRHRCFWDCSG” adds much more validity to the rumor. Especially this comment made by James Stevenson on PlayStation.Blog last week:

This game was awesome, and the new one on ebgames says it’s coming out this year…so hopefully they give it a definite release date.
