Sony Promises PlayStation Announcement March 31st

According to Kotaku and PlayStation Universe, Sony will be announcing something related to the PlayStation brand on Tuesday, March 31st.  Is it the long-rumoured price cut? Possibly a new game? Could it be related to the Kingdom Hearts announcement?

    It must be pretty big to announce this all on its own, probably price cut.

    I don’t know about this. i trust kotaku about as far as I can throw them, and it’s too close to April 1st to take ANYTHING out of the ordinary too seriously.

    Sony should know better than to hype it up if it’s a price drop on the PS2. Anyway, gonna try to keep my excitement at bay until I hear the release.

    Maybe a new Sku to compete with the X-box Arcade, since upgrading the HDD on a PS3 is easy they might bring back a 20gb Entry level system…based on the new 65nm GPU and CPU system board…
