Borderlands on Track for “Later this Year”

Remember the last time you heard about Borderlands? It’s been a while, hasn’t it. CVG was able to get ahold of 2K and was kind enough to share this information with the rest of us. The title is on track for later this year. Everyone that is waiting for Gearbox’s Sci-Fi shooter can look forward to this title sometime in 09. Remember that things can still change.

I’m skipping it because it looks like everything else out there. Solider + syd mead designs + shoot online doesn’t equal innovation anymore.

hopefully 2k will pull off another great title. i am expecting the weapon upgrades and customization to be awesome. rumor has it that every gun you pick up off of anyone in the game has something different than any other youll pick up! this game is also supposed to offer a pretty aweosome co-op online mode. ill be keeping my eye on this.
