Killzone 2

The Japanese are finally recieving Helgan tea-bags!

Sony’s genre defining masterpiece, Killzone 2, went on sale in Japan yesterday. Despite perceptions that FPS titles don’t do well in the land of the rising sun, Killzone managed to sell a respectable 20,000 copies on its opening day. In fact, several retailers reported selling out, and are working to replenish stock.

Killzone 2′s servers were updated this week to allow for Japanese players to join in on the fun.

  6. Why so long? Language issues, or something? I swear I don’t understand all this territories crap. Try releasing something worldwide on the same day, and see how many units you sell.

  7. I think the Japanese are mistakeing the game for a Jin-Ro anime game.
