@John: I didn’t know the director was a professional racer. The game will definitely benefit from his experience. I can’t wait to see those 1st person view crashes too.

The director of this game is a professional racer, so he’s chosen to get the cars like 95% of where they are in real life, and then simulate everything else that happens to both the car and the driver. The crashes look scary from the first person view.

Very good graphics but it doesn’t have that “real” look that GT5 has IMO. Maybe it’s just the screenshots. I hope they don’t just focus on the graphics though as controls and physics are more important in racing games.

the last couple Need for Speed games have left a very sour taste in my mouth. This one looks like its breaking away from the norm so I’ll have to give it a try. I just hope its a lot better then the last few games they’ve done.
