During a postearnings conference call with various investors, Ubisoft gave some high marks towards Shaun White Snowboarding. Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemot, confirmed that the the Shaun White franchise has achieved aggregate sales of 3 million units across all platforms.

It thus came as little surprise that Ubisoft would like to continue the series. Guillemot calmly told investors that they can “expect more Shaun White in the future.” Maybe this will convince EA to bring back the SSX series. Make sure to check back on PSLS for more updates on this game.

  1. so sad to see such a TERRIBLE game get that much on sales, guess there are a lot of desperate snowboard fans out there.

I dont mind them carrying on with the series but holy hell make the next game GOOD or even decent. This game was so pitiful i couldnt even make it through 5 minutes, it felt like i was snowboarding with huge weights on my legs and none of the movements felt smooth. But since it got 3 million in sales we can prolly expect the same game next time around with lame additions that dont fix any of the overall product to make it playable.

  2. 1080 Snowboarding anyone? N64 days, but still to date, the best snowboarding game I’ve every played.

I personally am not interested in snow boarding games.
