inFamous Demo Electrifies PSN On May 21st

So, you know that inFamous has gone gold, you’ve heard about the Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta, you’ve seen the latest trailer, and public excitement is at a fever pitch. The only thing left to know is, “When can I try out this game for myself?”
We’re proud to report that via Sucker Punch’s website, we have discovered that everyone will get a chance to download the promised inFamous demo on May 21st. That gives you six days to toy about with it before having to rush over to the store for the full version.

I can’t wait for this demo…. I just hope it doesn’t suck and make me cancel my pre order…they could be shooting themselves in the foot by doing this…. everyone remember what happened to Haze… demo comes out a week before game… everyone hates it and the games sales drop to nothing!!!

inFAMOUS still has me riding the fence: I think the idea and plot of the story if good, but it all depends on how well the game plays and how fluid the movements are. The game already has a lot of people’s attention, but how well the game plays will be the determining factor.

No, we lambasted them for ripping our story off and not properly sourcing us. There’s a slight difference. Maybe if you had actually read/understood Rich’s article, you’d understand that.

Yay we’ll get a demo… at least that will keep me busy for a while before I get the game.

Back on topic:
I was excited for this game until they released the gameplay videos…ugh. It just seems too generic and the constant “zap zap” lightning attack gets annoying quick. Maybe the demo will change my mind, but for now this is a rental at best for me.
