Valkyria Chronicles Continues Sales Domination

Sales for Valkyria Chronicles just keep improving as the months roll by. Sega’s innovative FPS/Strategy game started off weak on the sales charts, but has been steadily gaining steam through positive word of mouth from gamers and media sources alike.

In Japan, Valkyria is ranked at #3 among PS3 sales, and in the U.S. Valkyria defended its #5 spot for two weeks in a row, outselling high ranked titles such as Guitar Hero. Still not interested? HELL YEA.. people you owe it to yourself to pick up this title, it is seriously one of the top 5 games to hit any platform this generation

It was 30 dollars at game day sale. It’s a great game. If trophies are keeping you from trying out this unique title…Then go ahead and let it pass you buy while companies go “Great RPGs risky, half assed shooters perfectly safe”

They were sold out at EB Games when I went in to pick it up. I can’t find this title anywhere now.

I got Fallout 3 instead of this last Fall. I definitely can’t say I made a bad decision. I just wish I could have got both. Trophies have nothing to do with me not buying the game now. I’m just trying to save money.

Nice. I just read the review you liked, too. I have a number of people on my friends list with the game, many of whom have told me it’s a really fun game. I thought it was a PSN download but then I saw you listed the price @Amazon, so I’ll go rent the game. Hopefully it’s available. I’ll go from there, whether or not I’ll want to buy it.
