Of course the game should have launched with this and without the bugs it had, I wont argue that, but the game plays fine right now and only has minor issues really. I play regularly with minor problems and have a great time playing. There is no dropping and moving on right away as the game has plenty of life left. DLC is coming soon and more features. No other game plays like SOCOM plays gameplay wise and if you want that experience there is nowhere else to go.
