Katamari Truly gets Colossal

Over at Pixel Joint, an artist by the name of Snake published his pixel art that fuzes two favorite franchises: [shal]Shadow of the Colossus[/shal] and [shal]Katamari[/shal] Damacy. Now it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal until you understand what pixel art is.
Pixel art is unique in that it requires pixel-level editing of an image at close magnification. No image filters, no automatic anti-aliasing. If you’ve ever used Microsoft Paint, that should give you some idea of how intense pixel art is to create. Presented below is Snake’s incredible image. That second picture is pure awesomness! I’ll definitely be buying Katamari.
