Dead Space 2 Development Reconfirmed

We had posted an article stating how Dead Space 2 was accidentally confirmed. Well, looks like Dead Space 2 is already well into development. According to Electronic Arts’ Pratik Patel’s LinkedIn page, he is hard at work as the technical/development director for Dead Space 2.
Pratik Patel also worked on the online component for The Godfather II, as well as work on the PS2 and PSP ports of The Simpsons Game. The online work on The Godfather II is interesting … maybe we’ll see a multiplayer mode for Dead Space 2? It’s definitely possible, especially since we’ve already seen one for Uncharted 2, who’s predecessor only had single-player.

I thought Dead Space was better than RE5, RE4 was maybe better than both.
The latest Silent Hill was a let down too, what happened to that game?

LOVED the first dead space, will be buying #2 for sure.

thats awesome cant wait. Hopefully they keep the Co-Op mode in this one…that would rock
