It’s Your Duty to Watch This Modern Warfare 2 Footage

Though Infinity Ward chose to drop the ‘Call of Duty’ moniker from the upcoming title Modern Warfare 2, it is still the same Call of Duty game you know and love. Earlier today during the NBA playoffs, there was a new trailer that served as a teaser for fans of the game. And though it is a small teaser, it’s composed entirely of gameplay footage.
It also announces that the world premiere of Modern Warfare 2 will be May 24th during the Eastern Conference Finals. GameTrailers already has the teaser available for viewing, so here it is if you missed it. Check it out, and let us know what you think!

looks ok, I never understood the following of COD4, I guess its because there wasnt anything like it before it, but now that theres KZ2 and battlefield, i wonder what they’re gonna do.

Looks pretty good! I’m sick of FPSs for now, though. Don’t see myself buying another one this year.

I was watching the Celtics beat the Magic and then saw this commercial at first I was like whats this movie? It looks so incredibly good I thought it was film footage. I decided to skip World at War so I am ready for some more Modern Warfare. Bring it Infinity Ward!!!!

at about 7/16 of the video, I think I saw a submarine.
Oh, why is this called Modern Warfare 2, I don’t remember seeing any Modern Warfare 1, because last infinity Ward game was a CALL OF DUTY game.
Unless it was called: [change]call of duty for modern warfare LOL

If they left the CoD part in, it’d be too confusing. It’d have to be Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare 2.
