KOF XII Fans Get to Bring the Arcade Experience Home

05/13/2009 Written by JohnDraisey

It looks like King of Fighter fans are in for a real treat, as Exar is preparing to release a new arcade stick to coincide with the launch of KOF XII on July 16th.

Importers interested in this hot item should know that it costs JPN¥ 6,279 ($64). But, if you notice, it’s essentially an Exarstick with a KOF sticker pasted onto it. Good for the hardcore collectors, but I recommend checking out the cooler looking Neo Geo Stick 2, which is also set to release on July 16th. For just  JPN¥ 5,229 ($54), it’s more form-fitting and quite a bit cheaper. You can check out both items below:

  1. Well the one with the KoF characters has a better button layout IMO.

I wonder which stick is better this one or the Hori.

10 dollars is not quite a bit cheaper though O_o

Don’t need a stick for a game I’m not gonna buy but they both look cool though.

  5. DGR8Mc187 we don’t care that you don’t like this bad ass game. Take your hatred somewhere else.
