Infinity Ward certainly knows how to advertise, as Game Informer’s next issue has an amazing Modern Warfare 2 artwork as its cover image.

If you’re not a Game Informer fan, now’s a good time to pick up your first issue. Game Informer’s June issue will have a 10 page cover story on the sequel to 2007′s FPS of the year. We’ve got total faith in Infinity Ward’s ability to put out incredibly good games, and Modern Warfare 2 should be no exception. Click the image below to enlarge.

yay gameinformer! its kind of funny i go on gameinformer.com a lot and psls always has the story first. big ups to you guys! this game is going to be so sick im going to have to play it in a hospital. this is a pre order hope for a midnight release kind of game. i cant friggin wait!!!!

Looks great , except for the Rifle the barrel is too long and stock too short sorry to be nitpickey but after handling that weapon for almost five years I am intimate with it’s size and shape.
But it still is a gorgeous bit of art.
