all i want from home is more stuff to do per GAME SPACE, so more spaces like the EA sports complex. I want video and music streaming from my PS3 so that apartments serve more of a purpose, and i actually want a house with many rooms, like bathroom, kitchen, etc.

Even her sidekick Locust_Star said the same thing about Picture Frames in a post about core update v1.21 a little while ago in the forums. Core update will be dealing with “glitches” and make Home a better place. It was mentioned that the update had to be released before Picture frames could work, but that the Picture frames would not necessarily be released that same day.

This Thursday will be a turning point in Home for a lot of users, some will be upset that they may no longer be able to walk the rails and go to far off regions. And that maybe why CydoniaX made comments about what is coming in this update. But I also know from experience that they don’t like to reveal information before they have confirmation from the dev’s that it is ready to drop into the servers, since testing can reveal a late stage show stopper that would need some time to fix… So they are careful as to not reveal to much, remember that SCEE is in control of most of the Home core code and releases it to the individual regions for localization and testing. If something is found in a regions localization testing then all regions must hold up on releasing the code. This could have influenced the delay of Core Update 1.20 so that they could make some minor/major tweaks so that it would work for all regions. Sometimes delays happen because of paperwork/legal issues and this is what the major hangup with Picture Frames is, each region has different laws in how UGC is dealt with and has to be coded into the code that is sent out. So it takes a while.

But we will finally have this update and I hope it does all that it is expected to do…

Pic frames would be a huge bonus. Hopefully this update will fix my Home issues like Sony said it would. Fingers crossed.
