You can just repeat the fall/jump part of it 10 times or so, which would mean it takes 10 times around to get both trophies. A1 is good for the Take A Hike trophy. Trap the echochrome in the section with the stairs and hold X down for as long as you wish. It comes faster than the other gallery stages because it is so simple. The Shadow and Echochrome trophies can be done together via the portfolio option. As stated above, create a stage with four echos directly before the figure. It takes 500 echos to get the Shadow trophy and 100 stages for the Echochrome trophy.
