Capcom Drops More Hints Regarding Secret Game

Capcom has dropped two more hints about their secret game. Yes, two. The game, which is scheduled for an E3 2009 reveal, was confirmed not to be Devil May Cry 5 (as thought by some), and that it was based on a classic IP (and it’s not a remake).
Now, Capcom has revealed a bit more, responding to some questions asked on Twitter. The questions were general, one being what genre is the title, and who is working on it. Capcom responded that the genre is action, not fighting as many speculated, and that Capcom Japan was working on it.

probably megaman legends 3. remember that poll a few months(years?) back about which system it should be on.

Oh I hope it’s Onimusha . C’mon Capcom do one good thing in this generation .
Please let it be a new Strider game!! That would be awesome if they did it right! It would be challenging though, trying to make a 3D next gen game with gameplay as fun as that classic 2D side scroller. Look what’s happened to Bionic Commando.
I would hope that they keep the original character design and look and get the same people that did the original music! I couldn’t get enough of that game.I don’t even want to think about how many quarters I lost to it!
Oh, I’m with you HaMmOdy. A new Onimusha game would be “teh aw3s0mz!” Hope that’s the one!

can’t wait for the announcement.
MM9 was good, old-school gaming but it had me wanting more… like a new gen Mega Man. It would be nice.
