Reports are just coming in about broken street dates for Sony’s highly anticipated game, inFamous, all over Switzerland.
This comes just 3 days before the scheduled release. No word yet on what retailers are participating, or if it just a nation-wide occurrence. Just to prove it, here is an image of a lucky buyer.

Is the US release in a case like that?Thats awesome.
Yeah that is a cool case. Guess i will find out Tuesday.
Too bad we didn’t get the special edition packaging in the U.S.
lucky.
AHahahahaha awesome. I’ll bet you none of those stores were GameStop/GameStations. The stores that “broke” the street date are the independent game stores that are not bound by GameStop’s rules and they aren’t bound by the same type of certainrestrictions. Simply put: if the small guys receives his shipment of games a few days ahead of schedule then he’ll SELL THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE! Whereas the BestBuys, the GameStops and the like will hold the early shipment until every other one of their stores has the game to sell them. It comes down to the way they practice business… those greedy bastards -_-
