According to his twitter account, Dylan Jobe will be submitting a “milestone” build to SCEA by Friday. No game title was specified, but the newly formed Lightbox Interactive headed by Dylan Jobe has been rumored to be working on a “Warhawk in Space“. Shortly after those rumors had surfaced SCEA trademarked the name Starhawk.
E3 starts exactly 4 days after this build is to be submitted to Sony, so it’s likely that we will see Starhawk, or another Lightbox Interactive title at E3. PlayStation LifeStyle will be bringing you all the E3 coverage directly from the expo starting June 2 so stay tuned!

I’m guessing “milestones” are buzzwords from Sony’s studio’s software updates/submissions. David Jaffe uses it alot on his blog. In fact, he just mentioned it today. If you followed his blog, he’s consistently said his game won’t be shown at E3. Of course, folks could say David is just pulling our legs to throw us off course, but Jaffe’s not one to intentionally lie. He’d more than likely just say he couldn’t comment.
With that being said, its likely Jobe could be in the same boat. Its not like development would stop for these studios because E3 showed up. I would assume that Sony still has to carry on business and monitor the development of its games. Of course, I wouldn’t be upset if I was wrong

What cornerman8 said. All the Sony studios have internal deadlines to showcase their games so Sony doesn’t have to be worried if their games are not making progress.
