Take-Two Interactive has announced the release dates for BioShock 2 for both North America and Europe. And it looks like we’ll be getting our dose of Rapture right before the holiday rush.
BioShock 2 will be hitting North American shores on November 3rd 2009, while our friends over in Europe will be getting the game a bit earlier, with a release of October 30th 2009. So get those wallets ready, and definitely try to play the original Bioshock if you get a chance. It’s an awesome game.

Don’t be silly, we never get anything first… Clearly there’s been a horrible mistake at Take2?

As much as I liked BioShock (PS3, baby!) there wasn’t much of an attraction for replay value, at least not for me. I’ll still buy the sequel, and most likely on day 1, though.
Also, if you have a good local game dealer near you, there’s a good chance he can get some imported to the US. He might charge you an extra $10 but if you want it bad enough, it’ll be worth it… I’m considering that as an option.
5/5
