Mafia II and Red Dead Redemption Get Pushed Back

Mafia II and Red Dead Redemption have been officially delayed to the first half of fiscal year 2010.

The cause of the delay was “to allow additional development time for the titles and to maximize their full potential in terms of the quality of the player experience and market performance.”

Mind you, the first half of fiscal year 2010 is from November 2009, to April 2010. That means that we could still be seeing these titles around the holidays. But even without Mafia II and Red Dead Redemption, PlayStation 3 owners can sink into plenty of other PS3 titles.

the first red dead was pushed back a few times, so I’m not surprised. making good games is really hard stuff.

  2. Sneeches says:

cool, i dont care because both of these games look gay IMO.

  3. I’ll rent both of these games before (if) I buy them. Demo’s are always appreciated and almost essential to the game-buying process. Hopefully we’ll see demo’s for both games.
