Compete with the online offerings of the other consoles?

You mean compete with Microsoft… there are no online offerings of other consoles.

You have PCs which are mostly PCs and you have 360s. Wii doesn’t have an online offering. It has single player offerings with a few sprinkles of online, but no online offerings. Pokemon and Animal Crossing are the 2 best Online Wii experiences I can think of. Neither one are that great.

PCs aren’t consoles… so that leaves the 360. We’re not that far from them either. The invite systems in Resident Evil 5, voice chat, and game launching will pretty much nearly match the Xbox Live Gold experience tit for tat. Add the stuff in Home and some other tidbits here and there… and it’s a better experience.
