When pics are placed that are not the default photos they have a yellowish tint to them.  I placed a GT5 Prolugue wallpaper in the picture frame and it had that yellowish tint, it was supposed to be the blue Nissan 240sx but it looked like a washed out green, not what PD put on my HDD.
