Namco Bandai, the publisher behind the Tekken series and even Noby Noby Boy and Katamari, let loose some exciting facts about Tekken 6 that are sure to entice both fans of the series and fighter fans in general.

First and foremost, the most important thing to Tekken fans, are the characters, and in that aspect Tekken 6 will not disappoint with 34 returning characters and 6 new faces. But the most enticing news to core fighter fans is the announcement of the “Scenario Campaign Mode”.

This new mode will allow players to invite a friend for cooperative campaigns or competitive matches, complete with character customization and environmental effects. Tekken 6 will be available on the PS3 and PSP later this Fall.

i cant wait for this game. tekken 5 was packed full of awesomeness. my only beef is in the motion blur example video i thought it looked better without motion blur but whatever. im more worried about the mechanics and online aspect of this game.

the only fighting game im a beast at is tekken and i want to be able to play online without any lag. 40 characters is a lot of fighters. sfiv only offered 25. i also love the customization of tekken. i cant wait for this game! the coop is going to be super fun.
