Motion Control for Sony is nothing new. I recently found an article in the blog section at Tawkn.com [Sony PlayStation EYE: Missed Opportunities] that shows what was available to PS2 users with the PS EyeToy.

The videos in the article show that what M$ showed at E3 were already available to the PlayStation community. So their “NEW” approach to the gaming controller is not really that new. Here is the link to the article with videos…

This is the technology that will be coming in the Spring of 2010.

Imagine doing everything like Kratos does – actualy there trying to rip the head off helios with the controller, controlling how much pressure you put on it etc… brutalllll!

And obviously all the chain slinging and lifting doors etc.

Is that a hint that the motion controller and GoW 3 are going to be released around the same time???…and maybe it will be an option to use the motion controller with GoW 3???? Cuz that would be pretty sweet.

I hope this is on the market by the time MAG comes out. That would be sweet chucking grenades and aiming with those, it’d put a whole nother level on that game.

I think a lot of games in 2010 will have motion control in them. Especially 1st party exclusives…

i hope they function good on the old games, i dont see how they can make the older games more fun they werent made for them.
