New Metal Gear Online Patch Includes A Solid Update

Through the Kojima Productions podcast, we found out that the online portion of Metal Gear Solid 4 – Metal Gear Online – will be receiving an update this Tuesday.
The 1.33 update will grant players who bought SCENE the ability to play on a new Shadow Moses pack. Not to mention, SCENE players will now be able to play as Solid Snake.

whats SCENE?
DAMN IT…. I was hoping for a trophy update
-any1 here got some dirt on some trophies for MGS

SCENE was an expansion to MGO.

They said it was SOLID Snake, Old Snake is already playable… Check again, it’s in the last 5 minutes

Man they really need to put trophies into MGS4 and MGO. Kojima!
Mgs doesn’t need trophies it’s 1 of the best games ever and putting trophies in will make no difference just that loads of people will play it again 4 trophies and I think a game like mgs should be played just 4 trophies it should be played cause it’s a great game.

no trophies… = no reason to play.
I hate to agree with Sneeches, but the trophies kinda ruined games for me. If I am not earning trophies for my gaming, I dont bother playing the game. Ask my copy of MGS4 that is collecting dust on a shelf next to my old PS2 games. I will never enjoy MGS4 because I am to busy earning trophies in other games.
Add the trophy update and I’ll be the first one playing.

While I agree that this game is phenomenal and really doesn’t require Trophies to keep it as a great game, the addition would really get me back into it. I’m currently trying to rack Trophies up in sixteen (16) other games, I would LOVE that to be seventeen (17) an have a Metal Gear Solid 4 icon in my Trophy list.
