It was mentioned at the E-3 Press Conference by Kaz Hirai that it would come with BT.  And that would mean that the DS3 would have some functionality with the PSP.  One game that comes to mind is Resistance FoM: Retribution, it was said that you could use a DS3 controller while connected to remote play on the PS3 so that you could control the action through your PSP...
