I’d gladly accept it as a gift, and if I had some extra cash I think I’d pull money together for some PS3 motion control goodness, but I don’t think this will be a day one purchase…I want to see reviews and solid gameplay first (Which E3 seemed to display pretty well, so I’m psyched )

If they make a great game for it I would try it out. The problem with all this motion controlled crap is that the games are made as an afterthought in regards to the tech you are using. How bout you make a badass game that has optionally integrated motion controls and let the gamers decide
DS3 or Motion controls.
For right now I’m going with DS3

I will definitley test it out, and hopefully like it, but they should never replace the DS3 with this. I’m sure that playing with a normal controller will be my preferred way of playing for many years to come.

i think i will be really good on mirrors edge imgaine it u hold to controlers in ur hand controller for each arm in the game and u can control any hand movements so when ur runing fighting jumping shooting what ever i should work smoothly i think it will be really good for the next mirrors edge or even a patch or something.

Yes i would love to test out this motion controller infact i really cannot wait until spring been waiting for this ever since i heard about the motion controller back in feb. also i enjoyed playing that wii sports game on wii and the controller was fun i loved bowling and those other mini games, i hope sony have a similar but better game planned for launch also i hope theres a fitness game becuase i wanna lose weight so that will be really god for me. i hope current games get paatched such as maybe killzone 2 or ne other ones that will go well together.

i don’t think the Dualshock 3 will ever be fully replaced, but i am excited and very open to this new tech. bring it on Sony!

I’m saying this right now. Make some wrist bands and head bands, use the eye to track the LEDs on them and release the most realistic boxing title EVER. By realistic I don’t mean it has to be Fight Night Round 4. Make it a Hajime No Ippo one

well i dont have a problem with it i just dont know how it would be integrated into the games people mostly play. For instance FPS and RPG. I can’t see myself using a motion controller in these types of games since the Dualshock personally i feel has a more effective use of how you would move around and interact with the environment. But idk I would have to test it out before I am even willing to buy it.
