After fighting off a “friendly takeover” by Square Enix, Tecmo has merged with fellow Japanese developer Koei, of Dynasty Warriors fame. And to christen their merger, the duo have decided to do two very important things.
Firstly, Tecmo and Koei are hoping to celebrate their union with a crossover product. Though honestly, Tecmo seems to have the advantage in terms of content. The second thing they have already done is snubbed Square Enix for trying to take over Tecmo. They released a booklet to the press with chuckle-inducing warning on the rear cover.
